The silly and the sacred...questions that have me thinking! (Part 10)

Is the red-eye flight called a red-eye because everyone who gets off the flight does so with red-eyes from lack of sleep?

Do mobile home parks have homing devices on them that call the tornados to them?!?

Can someone, anyone, please explain to me (or perhaps try to justify to me and yourself) how a cafe, landscaping, expensive furniture etc etc etc in Churches fulfills Jesus command to take care of the widow, orphan, hungry and thirsty?

Why do we get itches?  Is it the nerve endings?  Something else?

cbs.com reports that we send 294 billion emails and 5 billion texts A DAY. Is it any wonder that nobody knows how to write legibly by hand any longer? Ridiculous.

Does an apple a day REALLY keep the Doctor away?  (Here's what one search on Google yielded)

Why do we let high standards scare us instead of inspire us?

How long do you really think you can straddle that fence?

Bloomberg Business Week reports that 56% of United States office employees confess to taking home office supplies for home use.  Here's my question.  REALLY?  What are "you" doing with office supplies at home? Do "you" have a side biz that you need them for or do "you" just use them to stick it to your company? I mean really.  A normal homeowner who doesn't work out of their home doesn't have a whole lot of use for office supplies.  I just find it SO weird.  Not to mention that is STEALING.  So there's my second question, do "you" know you are willfully stealing from your workplace and can get fired for that?
