If Billy Joel songs are now considered "Golden Oldies" and those songs came out when I was a kid does that mean that I'M a "Golden Oldie"?!?
Why does Christmas Eve Service have to be an "experience", wasn't the birth of Jesus, the Savior of the world, the best and most meaningful experience ever? If we cannot appreciate the simplicity of the birth of our Savior then we will always need bigger and better which removes Jesus from his rightful place. NOTHING will ever be bigger and better than Jesus.
Are the January blues related to the sugar overload we participate in during December?
Why aren't we satisfied with making the difference in the life of one person? Why do we dismiss the one if they are not accompanied by several? What if that one person was the domino that started a whole chain reaction of good?
Do people know that Facebook, or other social networking sites, are not reflective of a complete and whole life? :)
If you cannot believe the first Chapter of the Bible then how do you or can you believe any other part of the Bible? There is no in-between. You either believe the whole or none of it. You can't pick and choose which parts to believe just to make them match your personal opinions. God isn't to match us, we are to match him.
